๐ Exciting News! Our New Patient Portal is Coming June 19, 2026
We are excited to launch our new eClinicalWorks Patient Portal on June 19, 2026 as part of our transition to a new electronic medical record system. This upgrade will provide a more convenient and secure way to access your health information and communicate with our office.
Register for the New Portal
Your medical records will be securely transferred to our new system, but all patients will need to create a new portal account. Registration is quick and easy using the link provided on this page.
Our staff will also send the parent/guardian an email invitation to the new portal when your child comes to the office for the next visit with us after June 19.
Important: Start Using the New Portal on June 19
Beginning June 19, 2026, please send all patient portal messages, appointment requests, prescription refill requests, and other communications through the new eClinicalWorks Patient Portal or call the office directly.
Athena Portal Access Ends June 30
The Athena Patient Portal will remain available for viewing records through June 30, 2026. After that date, the Athena Portal will no longer be accessible. Messages sent through Athena after June 16, 2026 may not be received.
Families with Multiple Children
Parents can use one email address to link multiple children under a single portal account, as long as the same email address is listed in each child's patient record.

Why is the patient portal changing?
We are transitioning from Athenahealth to eClinicalWorks (eCW) as our new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This upgrade will provide enhanced features and improved access to your healthcare information.
When will the new Patient Portal be available?
The new eClinicalWorks Patient Portal will be available starting June 19, 2026.
When will the Athena Patient Portal be discontinued?
The Athena Patient Portal will remain accessible through June 30, 2026. After that date, access to the Athena portal will no longer be available.
Will my medical records be transferred?
Yes. Your patient information and medical records are being securely transferred to eClinicalWorks as part of our EMR conversion.
Do I need to register for the new portal?
Yes. All patients must create a new eClinicalWorks Patient Portal account, even if you currently have an Athena Patient Portal account.
How do I register?
Beginning June 19, 2026, you may register for the new portal using the following link:

Is there a cost to use the Patient Portal?
No. Access to the Patient Portal is completely free.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Your health information is protected through secure encryption and password-protected access.
Can I access my medical records through the new portal?
Yes. Once registered, you will be able to securely access your health records, test results, appointments, messages, and other important healthcare information.
Can parents manage multiple children with one login?
Yes. Parents may use a single email address for multiple children, as long as the same email address is listed in each child's patient record. This allows you to link multiple children under one portal account and use a single set of login credentials.
