We are changing our Electronic Health Record system effective 6/17/2026. This means that your patient portal will change. 



You will have access to our current patient portal until 6/31/2026. You will receive an invitation to our new portal no later than your next visit with us. If you need records or have any questions between now and then, please call our office. 

 

Please DO NOT send messages through your Athena portal after 6/16/2026, as these may not be received in a timely manner.
